Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself and looking for a safe, supportive, and culturally sensitive space to work through what you are experiencing? I am especially passionate about working with clients who are navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, life transitions, low self-esteem, or past experiences that continue to impact their everyday lives. I am particularly interested in supporting Spanish-speaking clients who may feel more comfortable expressing their thoughts and emotions in Spanish. Language and culture can play an important role in the therapeutic process, and I want clients to feel seen, understood, and supported without feeling that they have to compromise their cultural identity. Clients may be seeking therapy because they want to process difficult or traumatic experiences, better understand their emotions, develop healthy coping skills, strengthen their confidence, and build healthier relationships. My goal is to provide a space where clients feel heard and empowered as they work through their experiences and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. I provide a compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive space where clients can feel safe, heard, and supported. My areas of interest include working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem. My approach is centered on meeting each client where they are. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to walk alongside each client as a source of support, guidance, and encouragement throughout their journey. Together, we can work toward understanding and processing difficult experiences, developing healthy coping skills, building confidence and resilience, and creating meaningful change. My goal is to honor their unique experiences, and provide a space where they feel empowered to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when life feels overwhelming or you’re navigating difficult emotions or changes. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. I’m here to provide a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel heard and understood. Therapy looks different for everyone, so we’ll work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Whether you’re looking to process your experiences, gain clarity, work through trauma, or simply feel more like yourself again, I’ll be here to walk alongside you. When you’re ready, reach out! Send me a message or give me a call, and we can have a quick chat to see if we’re a good fit.
